All services provided by Alma Nueva Immigration Evaluations are non-refundable once work has begun.

Psychological immigration evaluations involve professional time, clinical judgment, record review, interviews, scoring, analysis, and report writing. Because of the nature of these services, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with findings, wording, or case outcomes.

Payment reflects the time, expertise, and professional services rendered - not a guaranteed legal result.
